indication light "motor problem" indicates failure in camshaft ventil.
what to do?

can you tell me how I can tell if my 2004 V40 is a 2004 or 2004.5? it is a 1.9L 2004 V40

Look at the VIN sticker.

I did this and used the vin decoder. It only said 2004. What are the differences between 2004 and 2004.5 on a v40?

After 2004 they stopped using the 1.9 so i would say u have the 2004
