Default Hot/warm starting problem

Hi guys and Galls

Has anybody any ideas on how to fix this problem

1998 2litre petrol

Starts from cold every time not a problem

Run it for 5 mins and try to start it again, no chance, the starter just gives one click, but by repeating this for about 8 or nine times and it usually fires up, most annoying

Regards

Phil

Most likely a bad starter motor. If the motor doesn't turn over then the starter is bad.If the motor turns over and doesn't start check the thermostat.
