Default More boost and E85

Hello I am Swedish and 16 years old and I am in the process of purchasing a 2003 Volvo V40 2.0 t. As a teenager many horsies in the engine bay is a good thing and I was planning on raising the boost pressure a little bit and that lead me to this forum post: boost on a 2.0t - Volvo Owners Club Forum
Which suggest a simple chip tuning (something like this Volvo S40/V40 2.0T Phase II 160Hp 2001-2004 Steg 1) and boost gauge which sounds awesome but I also had thoughts about switching to E85 (ethanol). And with 40% ish increase in fuel consumption i am pretty certain i need new injectors and fuel pump. But I don’t want to get a chip now if I need a aftermarket ECU later for E85. I don’t have too much money either maybe $400 ish to spend now.

So my questions are:
1. What do I need now to up the pressure which doesn’t get unnecessary later or too simple for what I need?
2. What do i need for an E85 conversion other than probably fuel pump, injectors and something to control it? Maybe fuel lines for E85 or tank level sensors?

/Thanks in advance John

You might check with Upsolute. They have much experience with chiptuning these cars. Perhaps they can give guidance. http://www.upsolute.com/
