Part ID please!

Hi all,

Could someone please tell me what part this is and should it have oil in it?

That's part of the piping to or from the intercooler - the intercooler and all the piping always has a slight/tiny slime of oil in it.

Have an issue with the DPF, that pipe was loose and didn't know if it was part of the issue.
