Pedestrian air bag blown out!

Pedestrian airbag misfired - "blown out"!
I have a Volvo v40 CC, was driving at 30/40km/h in the city and suddenly the exterior air bag "pedestrian air bag" misfired, all from the sudden!
With no reason..... Broken wind shield, deformates hood!
Now a brand new car has to be repaired!!
Really crazy!
Has anyone happend this?
What does rights do I have on this, except from the repair?
I'm really anoyed!!
