Please could any one help me. I have replaced the drivers side airbag curtain as it was faulty. I now have a new code come up ( 012B ) Faulty Signal To Drivers Curtain. could this be coursed by the central locking as I have faulty signal and code ( 017C ). please please could any one help me

 

I had an issue with my '02 S40 where the SRS light came on and the code was for the left side impact sensor. Dealer replaced the sensor. Next day the light came on again and the code was for the left side air curtain. Dealer replaced the air curtain. Light came on again and the code was for the left side impact sensor again. Turned out to be the controller was bad. This all added up to over $3000 but fortunately I had an extended warranty.

Check the wire harness and connectors.
