Roof Rails

My V40 wagon has 2 black plastic strips that run the length of the car. The owner's manual says that roof rails are available from the dealer. Is this so? What do they cost? How difficult to install?

u can consult autopartsway.ca they r good in services and parts, really cheaper than other market.
