Hello I really need some advice.
I replaced the Exhaust Cam Gear using the Volvo tool for the back to hold camshafts in place. I start engine and it ran but one or 2 valves were ticking, so I thought the timing was off by a tooth, so I set timing again and now nothing.
I have pix of the timing marks for crankshaft...
However when I set the mark for crankshaft to be 1 on TDC i check one and its only 3/4 up.? and i try to set the intake cam to match the marks but it wont stay. like the valve are half compressed?
Were can I get a free Repair Manual,
and some HELP
PLEASE give advice..
