More info regarding your problem is needed in your post. For example, does the squeal occur all the time when the car is running, or only when turning the wheel? Can you tell if the squeel is coming from one of the wheels or from under the hood?
If it's coming from under the hood, you may want to check you Power Steering fluid, making sure it's filled to the appropriate level WITH THE APPROPRIATE FLUID. Secondly, check your belts for slippag. Also check your rack for leakage and all fluid lines leading to and from the rack (which both runthe power stearing pump).
If your steering squeal seems to be coming from one of the wheels themselves, then you may have a brake issue (i.e. bad caliper and/or worn pads)...or even possibly a bad bearing, which is unlikely.
