Default Unknown fault!

Had dual controls fitted on car 7 weeks ago due to becoming an instructor.

All working fine until 3 weeks ago clutch was sticking halfway up and having to use feet to bring it back up! Took it to a garage who said it needed a new clutch master cylinder.

When driving home I noticed stop start wasn’t working, then on the motorway neither was cruise control or the gear shift indicator!

Since then the car is intermittently starting and saying depress clutch and brake and also happens sometimes when stalling the vehicle, then vehicle not starting! but Sod’s law it’s working fine at the garage!

Had AA out to it who said it was a faulty switch and took a photo of the image attached, another roadside mechanic said possible body control module unit!

currently at another garage today and been told car is starting fine and they can’t find a fault until the depress brake and clutch comes back on so it will show up on a diagnostic as car is showing 0 faults!!

This is what AA said was faulty. Another mechanic said it’s the body control module and not this!?

Cant wait around for it to happen again and then take it back to the garage as i have a diary full of learner drivers and I’m currently on week 2 of hiring a car!!

any advice would be appreciated!
