** UPDATE: fault code: U1A2400, - possibly ? causing issue ??
I have no handbook - need to find fuse 11C/1 (40a) if anyone knows where this is ?

Any help or ideas, replaced heater complete, carried out calibration via launch, blows cold on all setting, untill max heat when you get hot etc, help please. Cheers andy

 

Have you tested or checked live readings from the Evaporator temp sensor?

 

Hello, evaporator sensor will be for AC, not sure how that will assist with heater, when i turn the dial from cold through to setting 22 all air movement is cold, then from 25 to max you get hot, like a module or control section isnt moving correctly ... so not sure how the evaporator sensor would effect the heated air option etc, we fitted a complete new dealer (mega bucks) heater box.

So using my launch found some info on the MOST system for testing the module data system etc.

Had a bad evap temp sensor in a Infiniti - and it was either full hot or full cold (same symptoms as yours) Not sure if a Volvo ACC will react the same way (pretty sure volvo uses a japanese made climate system)
