Default Heat not so HOT

So my heater seems to be off...

Meaning that once the car is fully warmed up it is only "HOT" when at full high temperature. It used to be nice and warm at around 75* and now it feels cold at that temp.

Could this be the heater core? O rings possibly bad?

I have no clue.

Is it an expensive replacement?

Not really the part is $10.00 to $16.00 from Groton. Then 2 screws hold the top cover on.

It might also need a motor recalibrate for the climate system. I think between .5 and 1.0 labor for that.
