When I switch to the first gear in the middle I feel a little stand and then a gear switches. I have such problems with first and second gears. As I know, changing inserts (I don't know exactly in english - maby thimbles or smth like on the picture) wont help, because there is a different gearbox on Turbo engines (M56 like on Volvo 850) and there are no thimbles.

So maby somebody could help me to I Solve this problem?
