PLEASE LOOK AT POST TWO

Hi all,

My name is Mike and I just bought a 2004 V40 with 82000 miles. I know that it is a safe car and all, as well as the specs listed online. I also have been able to find the manual online. I would like to know any insight to the car that people may have. I would also love to know any performance upgrades that people have used, such as an aftermarket cold air intake, exhaust, really anything bolt on to get me close to approx 200hp. Thanks for the help. If anyone is located in NY by or in the five boroughs (i am in Queens), I would love to meet up and see what you have done to your V40. Thanks again.

Ok,

I have now picked up the car and have a few questions. Is the gear shifter suppose to light up when my lights are on at night; as in the little letter to tell you what gear you are in. Also, does this car have auto lights? It didnt seem to matter if I had the headlight switch to the circle or light position but my lights were on. I will say that the fuse for the left headlight is blown so I am not sure if that has something to do with it or anything. Lastly, and this may be connected to the first thing, but does anyone know how to fix a none working 12volt so I can charge my phone. Thanks for the help.
