And is there a picture of the connectors pinout and identification to recognize them?
Here's HID and Incandescent diagrams, and CEM connector info. Vida does not show connector info the HID control units or headlamps. The wiring diagrams have terminal positions and colors for each wire.

Thank you very much for the pinout. I'm assuming that if we combine low-beam hid wiring diagram with hi-beam no-hid, we get the picture.
With this in mind, I have checked the car's wiring and everything is all right: Good continuity (around 0,3 ohms) in between CEM and GDL connector and GDL connector to lights + No short to ground.

My GDL have been previously changed. I have installed a used one from another car on the right hand side and the one that was on RH is now on the LH side (Master). Can this be an issue? Or it should work and only throw a CEM 8A35-36 code? Should I put it back how it was?

Update: It turned to be a faulty CEM. I sent it to Xemodex and they repaired it. This also solved the rear wiper and reverse light issue.
I had to change one CEM connector and wiring. I did a lot of splices to replace corroded wires.

Now I have low beam only on the left side. There is no communication between Master GDL and Slave GDL. I've replaced ballast igniter but it didn't solve the problem. I'll have to check the wiring between the two GDL modules.
...To be continued.
