Default A/C Problems after dead battery

Hi all! I recently picked up a 2005 V50 AWD that had succumbed to the good ole sunroof drain clog. After removing, drying and reinstalling all of the carpets and seats, I decided to take the Volvo for a nice afternoon drive. Everything worked well, A/C was blowing cold and no lights were on but it still smelled a little damp. So, when I got home I placed a dehumidifier in the trunk and ran an extension cord from under the closed tailgate. I guess the rear dome light drained the battery because a few hours later there was enough juice to power the radio and such but not enough to crank over the engine. I jumped the car and after that the "SRS Urgent Airbag Service" message appeared (I was planning a software update anyway) but now the A/C only blows hot air and it sounds as if one of the blend door arms is stuck. Has anyone heard of this?
