Default Diesel leak around injector

I noticed lots of fuel leaking around the injector of my v50, inititally I thought it was from a fuel pipe, but after cutting a fresh end on the pipe, and holding it on stronger with a zip-tie, after a short drive it soon created great puddles of fuel again around the bottom of the injector.

There seems to be a bit of a leak around the plastic v-section the fuel pipes join to. cleaning the area then running the engine showed diesel creeping out, though there were such large puddles I do kinda think there may be a bigger leak at fault?

Any ideas? Is this v-part an integral part of the injector? Would there be a simple seal I could buy?

I have the same problem but it seems to be coming from the first line in, I have tried the same as yourself and guess that it is also coming from the same place. If anyone has any ideas on this it would be greatly appreciated.

Today my dad came with the same issue;
-Car smelled like diesel
-Diesel around all injectors...

Did any of you solved the problem yet??
I'm hoping that it's the plastic connector (o-ring) of the return line (as shown in your picture)

This week I'm going to fix the problem !
If any of you already fixed the problem, please let me/us know!
