Noise after timing belt change

Noise after timing belt change
I’m looking for some suggestions.
after a recent timing belt change (b5254t3) I am getting a faint rotational noise similar to a bearing warble or a water pump shaft.
The noise is not present when engine is cold. Starts after after about 10 minute drive at in-city speed.
The repair was a timing belt and water pump change and I did the repair myself.
The engine has 210000 km, runs very well, no check engine lights.
Any help would be appreciated.
