Apologies if this question has been asked previously, I did a forum search and couldn't find any threads.

We purchased an 08/2008 v50 (S model) from a local dealership 3 weeks ago. The car has been fine up till this morning, when I started it, and left for work. I was driving down our road, and it felt very sluggish, like driving in treacle. I the noticed a yellow [I] in the dash display, and a message that read 'Reduced Engine Performance. I pulled over, switched off the engine, then started it again, and the message disappeared. When I pulled away, the performance was back to normal.

Does anyone know what could cause this? Is it something I should get the dealership to look at? Should I even be driving it, if there is an issue?

Any advice much appreciated
