SRS Warning Exclamation Point!!
I've had my Volvo V50 for 6 years. This morning the passenger side SRS indicator light came on. It said the airbag was OFF and that I needed urgent service! (?!?!?!?!?)
I was on my way to a class, so I proceeded. After class, I drove the car and made a stop. When I got back into the car, it wouldn't start. I sat and waited a few minutes and then it started right up.
My question- how many times will my car start up before it decides not to until I get the sensor fixed? I very rarely have passengers, so I'm not jumping to get it fixed if it's just a sensor message. But? the exclamation point isn't encouraging.

A DiCE / VIDA scan, either from a Chinese clone, indy, or dealer, will tell you exactly what caused the service message to come up. My guess from here is passenger seat wiring harness; there's a weight sensor in the seat, and if it doesn't "report in" correctly when starting, the SRS system will flag a fault like you saw.
