2008 v50 got used key and switch .if I replace or flash computer component that holds the memory to key and switch .will it except it as the right one when reloading

How do you intend to "flash computer component that holds the memory" ? That would be the CEM.

Why did you get a used key and switch?

 

Didn't have the extra money at the moment. Car came from auction . Got good used key and switch. I under stand you can only program the reader one time . But thing is if i replace or have it flashed and key and switch are hooked up when I .put it back in everything should set it self with that key and switch right .can it be flashed

 

Car is at dealership .now they want to charge me $575 to find out why it's not connecting to internet they said but they have been trying to get me to spend money with them .don't mind paying for new key and programming.if it's the last resort car is an 08 v50 110000 miles on it

 

Should of just got a new key at the dealer, would of been a lot cheaper and proper. Also, I don't think a 08 v50 connects to the internet, I think you may have misunderstood what they are saying. Maybe some modules are communicating with VIDA?
