What Tyres for my v50
Need to look at replacing all 4 tyres on my v50 drivE. Previously I put on Michelin Primacy - but these are getting worn after 18,000 miles of fairly careful driving. Someone told me I should have gone for Pirelli P6000. Can anyone advise me please
Thanks for the response - it wasn't quite as bad as I thought when I posted my enquiry. The people who serviced my car told me that they were nearly 80% worn, hence my enquiry.
I used tyre depth gauge yesterday and found that they were reading 4 mm on all tyres.
I used to drive "enthusiastically" but these days I am much more sedate - which is why I have the drivE version and navigate for economy!
Thanks for your response though

They work decently well in the snow. Not perfect, but safe and capable.
Continental Extreme Contact DWS! These are fantastic performing tires in all weather. The only down sides are that they are a little noisier than Michelins and possibly a little higher rolling resistance.
