Default 1998 V70 cruise control

Hi folks,
I recently bought a used `98 V70. Everything in/on the car works with the exception of the cruise control. I checked the fuses under the hood and one marked for the CC(and something else) is good. Is there another fuse box somewhere in the car? Also, would there be an indicator light on the dash for when CC is turned on? If there is, it is inoperable.

I have an 01 V70 T5a. There were 2 times my CC stopped working. Once was when I had the pressure side of the turbo plumbing get a big leak. The other was when the ABS system quit. Make sure you don't have other underlying problems. I'd start by having the codes read to see if there is anything. I guess the next would be to see if there is power to the module itself.

Those with more experience then myself will be needed to further assist.

Thanks Jerry,
My V70 has the N.A. engine and it does throw a code every now and then when I go out on a cold morning and let it warm up about 10 minutes or so. However, the code is a 0410 which I understand is an air pump code. I have no ABS problems that I am aware of since the ABS motos will kick in.
