Default Retro fit cruise control problem on a 99' V70

Hi All,I have just bought a full retro fit cruise control kit off ebay,Everything fitted nicely under the bonnet and i ran the vac pipe through the bulkhead no problem, but when i came to fit the bellow i cannot for the life of me find the locating bracket under the steering column,it clips onto the top of the accelerator pedal o.k but the bellow is just floating in space. Is the bracket a seperate item which i will have to obtain?Any advice or photo's greatly appreciated.
p.s. the car is r.h.d.

If it is a 99 it should have an electronic throttle body. If it does that kit will not work on the car.

The cruise on that car is all controlled electronically.
