On a 1999 V70 is there a cabin filter under the glove compartment as well as in the engine compartment??

 

There is one under the glove compartment but the only air filter that I know of in the engine compartment is the main filter for the engine.

 

I have replaced the filter whihc is located near the windshiel under the black cowl, but cannot locate the one in the car. I peeled back the carpet on the passenger side and removed a black plastic covering on the passenger side wheel well . I do not see the torx screws that are referred to in many discussions??
