1999 v70 heater problem

1999 v70 heater problem
I just got a 1999 v70 and the heater blows appropriately warm air out of the 2 left upper vents, but blows cool, outside air out of the 2 right upper vents. Blower strength seems good in all settings right and left. Anyone have any ideas as to the cause?? I should very much appreciate any suggestions as to where to start.
