Heater Core Replacement on 1999 V70

HELP!! I have a 1999 Volvo V70 wagon. I need to have my heater core replaced. My brother will be doing the job. Does he need to remove the entire dashboard in order to replace the heater core?

Hello, You can reach the core from the driver's (left) side. Go to Volvospeed and search "heater core replacement". You'll be so glad you did. Kira
