Are all 1999 V70 XCs turbocharged or were there non turbo versions. I drove a really nice XC today with 88,000 miles and did not notice the usual wine of the turbocharger or the noticable feel of the turbo coming on like I do with my Saab 9 3. Thanks for your help.
