Default 2001 V70 2.3L Turbo Fuel issues

Ive had issues with fuel getting up to the fuel rail for a while now. The original fuel pump was running but was not pumping fuel so I replaced it with used fuel pump assembly from another V70. That fixed the issue for about 2 days and now there is no fuel getting up to the fuel rail again. Ive also replaced the fuel filter just to be sure about it.
I let the car idle for 5 minutes and it died, tried starting it again and seems like it was starved of fuel. Let it sit for some time and tried to go start it again and it ran fine. Today I did the same but this time it will not start and im getting no fuel to the fuel rail. Pump is running but getting very little pressure at the fuel filter and no pressure at the fuel rail. No fault codes related to engine or CEM
About to scrap the car after chasing the issue for a couple months already only to have it die again

Any chance you put in a bad USED pump?

Did you check the bottom of the tank for foreign material?

Exactly what is the fuel pressure? (measured with a gauge)

The fuel pump came from a car that was driving perfectly before being used for parts. Not from a junkyard but just from my old personal car.

There was a tiny amount of sand left in the bottom of the tank that i was unable to remove.

When trying to use a gauge to check the fuel pressure it is low enough to barely make the needle move at all when checking at the fuel filter, nothing at fuelrail.

Default 2.3 turbo fuel pressure

I have a 02 v70xc that reads 60lbs at the rail when cranking but as soon as it stops cranking drops to 0 and will not start.
