2003 V70 AC Blower works sometimes
I have a 2003 V70 wagon. The a/c blower has begun to work only sometimes. When it works, it continues to work as long as the car is running. If it doesn't work, it does not turn on when I turn the car on, however it may start working 1) If I hit a bump or 2) If I make a sharp right turn. It doesn't always start if I hit a bump or turn sharply, but if it does start after not starting, it is because of that. I initially replace the fuse even though it looked good and that didn't change what happens. The fan speed or a/c setting do not affect it. Also, bumps or turns do not cause it to turn off once it is running. I removed the blower motor and bench tested it and it worked with direct current. I cleaned it, replaced the cabin filter, put it back in and it worked... for about a month. I replaced the fan with a new one and still nothing. Looking at a wiring diagram, it looks like if it were the resisitor I could bypass it on high, but again it works or doesn't work on any speed.
Any ideas? I am in Florida in the summer and it's hot!!

I am still having the same problem. I left the sound proof panel off and I kick it straight up on the fan, it works. I applied contact lube to the 2 plugs and that did not help. I dropped the fan down out of the housing to try to figure out where the failure is and I noticed the resistor gets hot. Is it hot because the fan is not working or because the resistor is bad?
