Default 2004 V70 Taillight Lens removal

I have a left, rear parking light bulb, third up from the bottom and can't get it out due to being behind small, steel crossbar located below the rear speaker.

Removing the speaker does nothing to afford access. The bulb below, 2nd up from the bottom is a snap because it has the gray, easy-to-twist handle.

Here's a link to the official manual: http://tinyurl.com/y95nkjy

Scroll down until you get to Pg. 124 - Replacing Bulbs The bad boy to get out is #3 in the diagram.
So, how do I get this out without having to train a spider monkey or drop BIG $$ at the dealer? Thanks!

That's a nasty one!

It's a long white blade shaped handle attached to the bulb holder. You don't have to remove the speaker, as it's below it. There is a round hole you can barely fit two fingers into. You can reach it if you have super skinny and articulate fingers. I just changed mine last week. It was a pain to get in and out.
