My ABS light is on along with anit-skid and Check Engine (VSS).
I want to replace/repair the ABS module. P/N 30714956.

Questions:
1) Is there a repair service (trying midwestabs and 'vicrocha@earthlink.net')
2) Can I get an equivalent part (same p/n) and put it in or do I need to update software/marry it to the ECU?
3) Any thoughts on ones off of ebay?
4) Any recommendations on where to get one?

Xemodex.com is another site to check out. They also do the cloning or can rebuild your module. You've hit on the best solution already (ie work with Victor Rocha, Midwest or Xemodex) and a quick visit to their website or email to them will explain the process for software/pairing to your ECU.
