Hello hope your all well,

iv recently bought a 2010 v70 t6 with 113,000 on the clock car starts and drives as it should (when taking it easy). Heaters work fine plenty of hot air once warm.... no signs of engine over heating, past a snif test or combustion test what ever youd like to call it. Iv flushed the coolant system a number of times even put a new expansion tank and lid on the car while doing all of the above.

The problem is when you drive the car hard, as in taking up to the higher r.p.m and higher speeds the coolant is coming out of the expansion tank overflow. And eventually over a period of a few days or a few times of driving hard the level will drop so low the red low coolant pull over safely sign comes on.....

So I'm guessing when driving and once engine is warm, if i drive it hard the coolant is over pressurising or expanding to the point its being forced out of the small hole at the side of the expansion tank and I know this because when you open the bonnet I can see coolant on the engine mount just next to the expansion tank.... Any ideas, any fixes or any help? Please thanks
