I have a '99 V70 FWD. I had a glass shop redo my rear window weatherstripping for free (they offered). The only problem with the free weatherstripping is that they moved my rear wiper arm without disconnecting it. When I tried to engage the wiper to reset it; the motor just hummed. I have taken apart my rear hatch and have the reinstall kit from FCP. I have spent more time than I want to add up trying to get the timing right.
Anyone been down this road, or have any ideas for help. With the Canadian winter on my heels I am going to need that rear wiper and can't afford for the dealer to fix.
