After O2 repairs, Failed inspection for incomplete readyness status. I followed instrctions posted in this forum with no luck until I made one possible discovery. When you warm up the engine a little to start in the temp range, I let it sit with the ignition off for 45 min before starting again to go through the drive cycle. I think a minute sitting was not enough. I tried ten times and drove over a thousand miles and catalyst would not complete. What a relief!
