On how to lower the glass in a door that has been removed from the car?

I need to remove the glass from a front door that has been removed from an '01 V70. It seems that the window should be 1/2 way down to do this but the door doesn't have power.

I guess that I could figure out the wiring and jump the motor but I'm open to any other helpful suggestions.

Not that simple. You have to have adequate power through the module.
