had to put a master window switch in an 01 v70, which has to be activated. today is the first day we've used our VIDA equipment, and for some reason, it's become my job to learn how. i unrealistically expected somthing that expensive to be somewhat user friendly. but anyway, if anyone has activated one of these switches, and can point me in the right direction, well, you'd have a shop full of redneck friends for life, for what that's worth

I think what you mean is that the window has to be initialized. Hook up the vehicle go into vehicle communications and click on DDM then I believe it is under the advanced tab, click on initialize drivers window and follow the instructions it is real easy. good luck By the way what dealer are you at and located?

 

Sorry I misunderstood the first time hook up to vehicle and go into the software tab and scroll down to DDM reload and select fill in your repair order # then click purchase then once it is purchased click download and wait and follow instructions then I believe you still have to initialize but I cant remember off the top of my head.
