Default Best combo to lower my T5, help me out

I've been reading various opinions online til my head spins. and everybody has different opinions. but I need to know once and for all, which is the best combo to lower my 1998 V70 T5 Wagon?

Here's what I have already that's new:

Monroe Struts up front

And Here's what I need to finish the job:

Lowering springs all around and rear shocks

And here are the many combos that people say work for them:

H&R with Koni yellow struts and shocks all around (this guy told me to ditch the Monroes)
H&R with Bilsteins (This guy told me the Monroes are just fine up front, save that money)
Eibach with Konis
Eibach with Bilsteins
B&G with Konis
B&G with Sachs
H&R with Sachs
Eibach with Sachs
IPD's with Bilsteins
Vogtlands with Bilsteins

I want the car to have a noticable drop to eliminate the "gap" but not "in the weeds" low, just sporty low. and I would like to keep my Monroe struts up front if I could.

Any info is appreciated.

I would like to suggest you the substitute one AquaBlue Special for a Purple Plus. Because the purple plus really brings out some of the warmer colors coral.

Default trying somethin new. . .

I have a 98 V70 and I am going to install some st springs tomorrow. They will give me a 1.6'' drop. I have never tried this brand and have not heard much about them. I have used eibach before and did not really care for the ride plus I got a really good deal on them. Will post after install and first ride. . .
