Default Bottom, Front End Part

I was in an accident recently (recently?) and reluctantly let my insurance company send my 2007 V70 to a shop other than a Volvo dealer. Big mistake. They have spent weeks fiddling around, needing another part, and another, and another. For 2 weeks now I've been told "it'll be ready tomorrow", 3 days later "We're ordering another part. Finally last week, "Your car is ready to be picked up." I touch the front bumper and know immediately it's wrong. "There's parts missing."

Another 4 days to get parts and install, "Your car is ready." I go to pick it up and the part I told them was missing is still missing.

Am I completely wrong? Isn't there a large, black plastic plate that goes from the bottom of the lower bumper assembly (air dam?) back, that encloses everything?

They claim that there is no such part on the part charts and that Volvo has told them they have ordered every part there is. I know the part exists, I tied it up to the frame so it wouldn't drag on the ground.

Please tell me the name of this bottom shield and a Volvo part number. I'd really like to get my car back before a full month passes, but it's not looking good.

So a quick search and I've found what this body shop couldn't find in over 3 weeks. I think it's called either a "Splash Guard" or an "Engine Splash Guard".

Yes, I'm now sure it exists and total idiots are "fixing" my car.

I've already called my Volvo service advisor and asked that they check my car over when I get it back.

Yes, there is an air guide that goes under the radiator/condenser/intercooler (if turbo) assembly.
