Hi

I have a V70 2002, that tells me everytime I brake that my brake lights are faulty, but this is not the case. About a month ago, I changed the relays as per this fourms guidance which stopped the issue, but the warning is still there!

Hello, Are you referring to the message window at the lower left of the cluster? If so, wouldn't the "reset" button clear it? Could you have tripped something (a switch) in the master cylinder? Kira

 

Hi, yes it is that waarning, and I've tried resetting it, that won't work.

 

Did you also replace the shunt resistor? It could have also failed.
