Default calipers/bleeding sequence

Does anyone know the bleeding sequence on the V70 2000 model? I am replacing my front calipers this weekend and will be using the Motive power bleeder. I have seen conflicting information on other sites, notably the Haynes and Volvo shop manuals are different. Does it matter?

Isn't it true on any car to strart with the furthest from the master cylinder and end with the closest?
