Following the lightning quick response to my question about replacement keys, I thought I would ask another question!

I stumbled across some ACC control panels on that well known auction site for a reasonable price and I wondered if it was possible to swap them over.

My gut feeling from having owned a couple of Saabs with ACC in the UK is that everything is different, since the Saabs had a bunch of sensors in the cabin along with the outside temp sensor. However, if those sensors are in the ACC control panel it might just work!

The car is a 1998 V70 if it helps and does display the outside air temp on the dash, so I guess that sensor is there and working.

It is like the SAAB.
The MCC uses cables and the ECC uses all electronic motors.

IMO it isn't work it to try to do the swap.
