Default control arm help

Hello, last night I attempted to change the front control arm bushings on my 99 v70 glt- 180,000 miles. The first bolt came out with a little persuason. The second bolt I was able to loosen and remove the nut, however the bolt will not come out. The bolt spins, but it looks like the smaller ring of the bushing has seized to it. I tried turning the hub and lifting the hub with a jack but it was no use. There is not alot of room to put enough force behind the hammer when swinging between the sway bar and frame. Any suggestions?

Is it the one towards the end of the car or front?
I removed the ones from my 850 last week and they came out easy, I did spray them with PB blaster and left it there for a bit.
Is the arm still attached to the strut/hub?
Turn the wheel so you have more working space, Try putting the nut back a few threads ( as many as you feel safe with) with an open end wrench on the nut whack it a couple times with a short handle hammer (hit the wrench)

What really gave me a hard time was the end links..
