CV joint or complete driveshaft
Can anyone point me in the direction of a supplier for a right side V70 inner CV joint, or maybe a complete driveshaft?
I'm happy (and more inclined) to buy one from the USA, as they are only available from Volvo dealeships in the UK and the cost is £325.00[>:]that's $650.00!!!
I have imported a good number of parts for my Pontiac Trans Am over the years and never had a problem. So given the current exchange rate and the fact that car parts are less expensive in the USA, I'm giving it serious consideration.
Thanks in advance..

From your previous posts, I think that this is a 99 V70. However, we need to know if it's AWD or FWD and what transmission it has.
Whether to replace the CV or the whole axle shaft...I've always gone with the new axle. Rebuilding the CV is just too much work for the minimal savings.

Go to www.dsscvaxles.com and double check the part number. Then call FCP as their website has not been updated and still SUCKS.
If your car is a '99 V70, non turbo w/5 speed automatic then this is the right part number for the r/h axle.
I just puta new DSS axlein my '02 V70 and it fit perfect.

If you had a 1998 this would have beat the price.
