Default Dead Battery Again

Good Evening,
I have a 99 V70 5cyl-auto. Car won't turn over. I had to jump start the car a few weeks ago and it ran fine for two weeks. Then it sat for about three days and now it won't start again.I have no tools. Is there a way to tell if it is just the battery or if there is something draining it?

If it is just the battery, what is a reasonably priced replacement?

Thanks!

Most likely something is draining it. But you would need a meter to know for sure.

Thanks. I'm very mechanically challanged. Is this something I could test myself or am I better served jumping it and taking it somewhere?
