Default Driver side front and rear carpet wet

After 70mm of rain the other day I was left with an inch of water in both the front and rear driver side footwells.
The front has now dried out but the rear is still wet.
I checked the roof drains and poured a cup in the drain. Both sides show water coming out below the car but the left side is very slow. I tried attaching a tube and blowing and it seems kind of blocked.
I can't get a wire down it to clean it and when I took off the a frame cover, the drain pipe is hidden behind the metal so it cannot be accessed.

Any ideas how I can unblock this properly? Will drain cleaner work?

Someone said there may also be 2 back drains on the sunroof bit I cannot see them.

The spare wheel compartment is also dry so it seems like the tailgate is sealed.
