I have just bought a 2008 V70 D5 Automatic. The driver's door windows/mirrors control module is operating erratically - sometimes windows and mirrors switches will not work at all together with the driver's side rear door which remains locked. At the parts shop they would not sell me a new switch module saying that it could only be installed using software possessed by the main dealer. Has anyone encountered a similar problem? It is relatively simple to access and replace the switch but loading the software?
