Default ETS light on and going crazy!!!

My 99v70 non-turbo had the standard abs module problem.I got that fixed and now I have a ETS light on. I did research on the forums and it seams to be the throttle body. I cleaned it and reset the light. It was out for a little bit but it can back on. The TB was not that dirty but I cleaned it anyway. The car does run perfect and after I cleaned it I had a very slight stutter when cruising and that is gone. What am I missing. The car runs perfect. Thanks
