I just bought a 2004 V70 2.4 liter and recently the right rear passenger speaker blew. I disconnected the speaker to stop the noise. Tonight while I was driving home the text on the radio deck went blank and stopped working momentarily. The power function/steering wheel functions still worked normally. I tapped the deck and it went back to working normally. However, if you tap on the deck from different angles it makes a deep base noise through the speakers and the radio deck will go back to doing what it did previously.

Does the speaker being disconnected have anything do with my problem? Should I go to my local car stereo business and have them check into the problem?
