My check engine light is on; P117 code. (I put a new temp. sending unit in, it's a Volvo part.) Also the fan runs all the time that the engine is running, and it runs after he engine is shut off for about 2-4 minutes.
Is there anything specific I should check besides wiring and fuses?

 

fixed it; the connector right at the temp sensor was not a good as it could have been. Its strange that the temp gauge still worked.
